There are 2 types of cancellation methods.

• On the official site.
• Cancel ticket by 3rd party services(If you book tickets by service producers like Paytm, Redbus, Abhibus).

Cancel Ticket in Official Site

Follow the steps given below.

1. Visit the RTC cancellation official page.
2. Then you need to fill these 3 details Mobile number, UID Number, Ticket number.
3. Now click on the search button.
4. There you will get your travel details.
5. Select the person(ticket) you want to cancel.
6. There you can cancel the ticket.

Note: If your ticket is BOC, then you need to contact your nearest APSRTC bus stop to cancel your ticket.

Cancel Bus Tickets in 3rd Party Services

If you booked your ticket in services like Abhibus, Redbus, Paytm. Then visit there website policy page. First, read the cancellation terms & conditions.

UID is a 4 digits number. It is also a part of the bus ticket, and it is available on the top right corner of the ticket.

How to Book Senior Citizen Ticket in APSRTC Online?

A person's age must be more than 60 years to get 25% of concession. And must hold a valid proof of his age. If he failed to present valid proof, then the person's tickets consider as invalid.
